| Dubai
is the leading centre for business and tourism in the Middle East. A City
of 800,000 inhabitants, it is the second largest of the seven emirates
which make up the United Arab Emirates. |

has no corporate taxes, no income taxes, no foreign exchange controls,
no trade barriers, competitive energy costs, competitive real estate costs
& competitive import duties (four per cent with many exemptions).
Special free zones investment incentives includes 100% foreign ownership

| Dubai is also known as a shoppers’ paradise.
Its state of the art tourist infrastructure with numerous world class

| Dubai’s prosperity is largely based on trade,
tourism and transportation. Dubai’s total trade amounted to US$23.36 billion

| The Dirham is UAE’s official currency. It
is divided into 100 Fils. Since 1980 it has been fixed to the Dollar at

Full telex, fax and electronic mail are widely available. There are two
English language newspapers published in Dubai and major international
newspapers are also available. Dubai has both Arabic and English commercial
radio and television stations as well as access to international satellite
TV programmes. |
| The national language is Arabic but English
is the main language of business. |
| Dubai’s culture is firmly rooted in the
Islamic traditions of Arabia. Courtesy and hospitality are among the most
highly prized virtues. Dubai society is marked by a high degree of tolerance
to different lifestyles. Women face no discrimination and drive and move

annually, which support a wide range of industries and sectors, the Dubai
World Trade Centre (DWTC) is alive with activities that promote the UAE’s
economic diversification and continued growth. As the Middle East’s largest
and most prestigious exhibition centre, it is also considered to be one
of Dubai’s premier landmarks and business locations. |
| The complex comprises a 39-storey
office tower, eight purpose-built exhibition halls, a business club, hotel
apartments, and an on-site five star hotel. A 6000 seat convention centre
is under construction. |
| The following facilities are
available at the DWTC: Reception desk, Hospitality Desk, Information Centre
and Post Office, Interpreters and Translators, Telephone and Telefax,
Typists, Restaurant and Banks, a five star hotel and a furnished apartment
within the complex. |

VISA
INFORMATION

| Transit visas for 14 days stay
or visit visas for 30 days stay can be arranged by us at US$50.00 per
visa. This rate is subject to change without prior notice. If urgent visas
are required, and additional fee of US$25.00 will be added. |
| The citizens of the Gulf Cooperation
Council states (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia), GCC residents
of certain nationalities and professions, British Citizens with right
of abode in the UK, and nationals of the following countries do not require
prior visas to enter the UAE. |
| Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei,
Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong,
Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta,

| Important Points To Be Noted Before Submitting
Your Visa Request |
| 1. Photocopies of important pages of passport
wherein personal details are listed like name, date and place of birth,
page containing issue/expiry date, photograph etc. along with the visa
application duly filled. |
| 2. Passport must be valid for a minimum
period of six months from the proposed date of arrival. |
| 3. All details must be submitted a minimum
of 45 days prior to the date of arrival. |
| 4. Entry is forbidden to Israeli nationals
and those persons whose passports indicate travel to Israel. |
| 5. Original visa will be available at the
visa counter of Dubai immigration upon your arrival at the airport on
the basis of flight information given. |
| Please do not travel until you have received
a copy of your visa from us & your flight details have been forwarded
to us. |
